Hello, crafters!
Welcome to Day 2 of the Simon Says Stamp And Back Again Release Blog Hop! Today’s fabulous hop is filled with even more inspiration and, of course, GIVEAWAYS! Every blog on the hop is giving away a $25 gift card to the Simon Says Stamp store, so be sure to comment at each stop for a chance to win! There’s also a code for a gift with purchase that can be found on the graphic below! Blog hop line up, giveaway details, and product links can be found at the end of this post.
While that was drying, I cut the Stylized Heart die twice, adhered them together, then cut a double-sided adhesive piece trimmed to fit the back of the heart and inlayed the negative pieces. I then cut the Outline Love die in gold and silver cardstock and repeated the same steps as above.
Next, I used the Polka Hearts stencil to add polka dots, using the same colors as I used for the background, spraying them over the stencil (then immediately rinsing with warm water and Dawn dish soap!) Once dry, I cut it down to size then added a few splatters of white paint. Once dry, I mounted the panel onto an A2-sized, top-folding card base with strong double-sided tape. Next, I adhered the heart with thin foam adhesive and glued the LOVE die-cut on the top. To finish, I gold heat embossed I love you from the Family Headline stamp set, trimmed it to size, and adhered it with foam adhesive.
Thank you so much for joining me today! I hope you enjoyed reading more about my card and are inspired by it! Don’t forget to hop along and comment for your chance to win! If you haven’t already done so, make sure to check out the And Back Again inspiration gallery, and if you used any of these amazing new products, please add your projects to the gallery!
