Happy Friday, friends!

I’m participating in the Simon Says Stamp release Instagram hop today, and we are featuring the DieCember® release! This holiday card features the new Imperia Plate, and Fine Textured Leaf dies. I combined them with an older ornament that I used slightly differently than intended. Let’s dive in!

First, I created the background by cutting the Imperia Plate in white cardstock. Next, I cut the solid circle from Poinsettia Ornament die set and covered it with die-cut strips of colored cardstock. Next, I added double-sided adhesive to white cardstock and die-cut it with the ornament from the same set. Before removing it from the die, I placed it over the striped circle and pressed in only the negative pieces, removing the outline. Once completed, I rotated the circle a little then adhered to the ornament outline, giving it a kaleidoscope effect.

Next, I cut the leaves from the new Fine Textured Leaf die set in silver cardstock. I adhered those then added the leaves and berries I had die cut earlier from the Christmas Foliage die set. To finish, I added clear dew drops, a small metallic thread bow, and a sentiment strip from my stash!

I hope you enjoyed learning more about this clean and simple holiday card! You can find all of the products and links below! Please be sure to join us for this fun Instagram hop for more inspiration and prizes!
