Love You Release ft. Floral Card Front Die | Simon Says Stamp

Hello again, crafty friends!

It’s time for the Simon Says Stamp Love You release and I am so excited for it! For today’s blog post, I’ll be sharing a fun card that I created using the ‘Floral Card Front’ die! Also, make sure to check out the products used and the links for entire release at the bottom of the post!

To start, I cut strips of colored cardstock in various widths and adhered them onto a piece of A2 size card base using liquid glue. Once dry, I trimmed the excess portion of the strips flush with the sides of the card base.

Next, I die cut the ‘Floral Card Front’ die four times and adhered three of the layers together for dimension and stability. For the fourth, I carefully cut out just the butterfly and heat embossed it using gold embossing powder, then glued it onto the white butterfly. Next I glued the entire card front onto the base. Once dry, I added clear bobbles to the center of the flowers.

To finish, I heat embossed the ‘A Little Note’ sentiment from the 'Beautiful Butterflies' stamp set and die cut it using a stitched round die, then adhered it to the upper right portion of the card using foam adhesive.
I hope you enjoyed this card today and make sure to check out the rest of the release over on the Simon Says Stamp website! Thanks for stopping by!
