June Small Die of the Month | Spellbinders

Welcome back!

Today, I’m sharing the Spellbinders June Small Die of the Month! I used this set to create two different style cards, and I love how they turned out! Let’s dive right in!

For the first card, I created a scene (the intended use of the set) with sea and sky-toned cardstock, first die cutting the bottom half to create the sea and mountains followed by the other half for the rays and sun. I adhered each piece onto A2-sized cardstock and trimmed off the excess. Next, I heat embossed the sentiment onto the circle die cut with the June Stamp of the Month set and adhered it to the center with foam tape. To finish, I added clear droplets for an extra touch then mounted it onto a top-folding card base.
For the second card, I began by die-cutting the rays in white then adhering them, spaced out horizontally, onto a piece of 4” x 5.25” cardstock. Next, I heat embossed the sentiment onto the circle die cut with the June Stamp of the Month set. I then die-cut leaves with the same colored cardstock as above, added them behind the circle sentiment and adhered it onto the background with foam squares. Lastly, I added clear droplets to finish this scene and mounted it onto a top-folding card base.

I hope that you like these cards and that you found some inspiration today! Please check out this month’s kits, they’re absolutely perfect for anyone looking to add fun and versatile dies to their stash!
